Booking Fees and Cancellations

Please note that in order to secure an appointment at Oceanus Medispa a booking fee is required. The booking fee is fully-redeemable against your treatment cost. The booking fee is non-returnable if you are late or fail to attend your appointment without giving 48 hours notice.
